Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cafe Crew members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
- Assist with food presentation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
- Keep the café area clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout shifts
- Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing stock levels
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required

Pay: £32.00-£1,120.00 per month
