Job title: Studio and Content Co-Ordinator

About the role
Keep our Creative Studio running at its best as Studio and Content Coordinator, playing a pivotal role in the planning, organisation and delivery of creative projects across The Jockey Club. Working closely with the Head of Studio, you'll coordinate workflows, manage project schedules and support content production from brief to delivery, ensuring teams, stakeholders and suppliers stay aligned while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, organisation and execution.

The Studio and Content Co-ordinator will

Be the first point of contact for creative requests, helping shape and refine briefs to ensure projects are set up for success from the outset.

Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of the Creative Studio, ensuring projects are planned, prioritised and delivered efficiently.

Partner with the Head of Studio to manage resources, forecast workloads and maintain a smooth flow of work across the team.

Act as the central hub between stakeholders, creative teams and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor studio capacity, identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track.

Oversee the production and delivery of creative assets across print and digital channels, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Support the management of brand assets, photography and digital asset systems, helping maintain an organised and accessible creative resource library.

Build strong relationships across the business to ensure upcoming projects, campaigns and requests are planned and accounted for in advance.

Play a key role in the coordination and delivery of major campaigns, festival activity and strategic brand projects across The Jockey Club.
About you

Experience working within a creative, design or studio environment, with an understanding of print, digital and creative production processes.

Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Passionate about creating efficient processes and finding smarter ways of working to help teams perform at their best.

Meticulous attention to detail, with strong planning skills and a commitment to delivering work accurately and on time.
