Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, evaluate, and assess operational processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality audits, reviews, and performance assessments across departments and functions.
- Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance frameworks, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and support corrective and preventive action initiatives.
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to implement quality improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support training and coaching initiatives to promote quality best practices throughout the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to audit readiness activities.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Analysis, or Process Improvement roles.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, compliance frameworks, and auditing methodologies.
- Experience conducting quality reviews, performance evaluations, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, ISO standards, or continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Relevant quality certifications are advantageous.
