Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of our holiday accommodation, including floors, windows, bathrooms, and common spaces to ensure high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to complete daily tasks
- Carrying out deep cleans of accommodation when required.
- Dispose of waste properly, ensuring recycling protocols are followed where applicable
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly for quick resolution
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning tools and storage areas to ensure optimal hygiene practice.
Skills
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality in every task
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions accurately
