Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand current workflows, systems, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and areas ripe for process optimization.
- Develop detailed process maps, documentation, and improvement plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster buy-in for change initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of process improvements, ensuring smooth transition and adoption across departments.
- Monitor the effectiveness of new processes through metrics and analysis, making adjustments as needed.
- Provide training and support to staff on updated procedures and best practices to ensure sustained success.
Skills
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to assess complex processes critically.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and business analysis software is preferred.
