Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as makeup application, skincare, and other cosmetic services with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas according to health and safety regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging positively with clients, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
- Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality
- Assist in promoting special offers or new services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience or training in makeup application and beauty therapy preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse clients
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a friendly, team-oriented attitude
- A positive, energetic approach with a passion for the beauty industry
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Certification or training in beauty therapy or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
