HGV Class 1 Driver – Flatbed (Days)
Salary: £40,000 – £47,000 per year
We're looking for a reliable and professional HGV Class 1 (Category CE) Driver to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position carrying out steel and insulated panel deliveries across the North West.

The Role
- Predominantly Monday to Friday day work
- Occasional nights out when required
- Delivering steel products and insulated panels
- Flatbed trailer work, including strapping and securing loads
- Deliveries throughout the North West, with occasional longer-distance work
- Completing daily vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
- Providing a professional and courteous service to customers
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous flatbed experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided
- Good understanding of load restraint and safe working practices
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Good communication and customer service skills
