HGV Class 2
We are recruiting a full time HGV Drivers to drive 18 ton rigid. Based out of Jedburgh, the majority of work will be tramping. Physically fit with a can do attitude and common sense approach to problem solving. This can be much more than just a driving job, with career opportunities for the correct candidate. Responsibilities
- Drive 18 ton box vehicles
- Load and secure goods for safe transport
- Communication, Keep clients and staff updated of progress
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
Skills
- Proficient in driving commercial vehicles
- Experience as a delivery driver is advantageous
- Physically fit
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
