West Dorset Leisure Holidays is looking for a Seasonal Grounds and Maintenance team member to join its Golden Cap Holiday Park team. Our parks have Holiday Customers in our caravans, lodges & glamping accommodation as well as Touring & Tenting customers and Holiday Home Owners.
We have a lot of grounds so the role will include maintaining grass, hedges, trees and gardens along with other jobs including the siting and de-siting of Caravan Holiday Homes, maintenance around the parks and assistance with park daily tasks.
This is a full-time role, based on 40 hours a week over 5 days (including weekends on a rotation basis. Rota working hours are between 08.00 and 19.00.
Applicants must have a full driving licence and be familiar and ideally knowledgeable in the safe operation and use of tractors, mowers and machinery for grounds maintenance and gardening as well as good attention to detail. Training will be provided for other aspects of the job including caravan siting at times and aspects of this job.
You should be prepared to help in other areas of your team at peak times across a busy holiday park which will mean varied role, but the key aspect of this role is grounds and maintenance.
