We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, confident Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our brand-new family entertainment centre at Adventure Parc, Dolgarrog.
This isn’t your typical café role , we want someone who can run a busy F&B operation and bring the atmosphere. You’ll be just as comfortable behind the bar or on the floor as you are on the mic, introducing live acts and engaging a crowd.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day food & beverage operations across the venue
- Working hands-on across bar service, floor service, and guest interaction
- Delivering high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Supervising and motivating team members during busy service periods
- Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for families and groups
- Using a microphone to host, make announcements, and introduce live entertainment
- Supporting events and helping ensure smooth, engaging guest experiences
- Assisting with stock control, setup, and general operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a food & beverage supervisory (or similar) role
- Confident, outgoing personality — comfortable speaking to groups and entertaining guests
- Strong background in bar work and/or hospitality service
- High energy with the ability to stay upbeat in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Flexible and reliable, with availability to work 5 days a week including evenings and weekends
Working Hours
- 32–45 hours per week (season dependent)
- Shifts typically run from midday through to late evening Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week and Thursdays during school holidays.
- Includes weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods
