We are looking for an organised and proactive Estates & Facilities Coordinator to join our Estates Department on a permanent, part-time basis (2 days per week) as part of a job-share arrangement. Working closely with the Head of Estates and Head of Building Services, you will provide essential administrative, operational and compliance support across the school’s estate.

The role will include coordinating contractors, supporting facilities administration, processing financial documentation, assisting with health and safety matters, and providing administrative support for estates projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working collaboratively, managing a varied workload and playing a key role in the smooth running of a busy school estate.
