Abbey Road Coffee is a small independent speciality coffee shop in Great Malvern. Focusing on quality Espresso based drinks and friendly customer service.
We are looking for experienced speciality Barista's to join our small team.
Candidate's must be highly skilled Barista's who are passionate about speciality coffee.
This is a part time Barista role, hours will be minimum 8 and maximum 20 per week. Wage will be dependant on skill level and age of the candidate. No full time work will be available.
The candidate must be able to operate a traditional espresso machine, dial in grinders and pour latte art. They must also be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure without a drop in quality and always be able to give exceptional customer service. Our customers are so important to us and therefore we expect staff to not only have a passion for coffee but also passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a speciality coffee shop. We will require a reference.
Mainly weekend work, flexible over both Saturday and Sunday. With occasional weekdays and holiday cover.
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
