The Role
You'll be speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest in transforming their smile.
Your job is to:
- Build rapport and trust quickly.
- Create excitement around our premium treatments.
- Understand customers' motivations and aspirations.
- Present the benefits of life-changing smile transformations.
- Confidently overcome objections.
- Close sales while delivering a genuine five-star customer experience.
- Consistently exceed targets and KPIs.
