As a Data Centre Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery, ensuring projects remain on schedule, risks are managed proactively, and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate activities across multiple live data centre projects

Monitor project progress, milestones, risks and dependencies

Maintain project schedules, dashboards, documentation and reporting systems

Support communication between internal teams, customers and project partners

Coordinate project meetings, document actions and drive follow-up activities

Support procurement processes, supplier engagement and equipment deliveries
-
Manage project and opportunity data within Salesforce
-
Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for leadership teams

Assist with project handovers, commissioning records and project close-out documentation
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice project management processes
We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Essential Criteria

Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Construction Management or a related discipline

Previous experience in a project coordination, project management or project support role

Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel and project reporting skills
-
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Flexibility to travel when required
Desirable Criteria

Experience leading or coordinating project teams

Experience supporting projects across multiple sites or international regions
-
Knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, mechanical or electrical systems

Experience using MS Project, Power BI, Salesforce or similar project management/reporting platforms
-
Customer-facing, commercial or account management experience
-
Additional language skills, particularly German, French or Nordic languages
