We are looking for a reliable and organised Linen Runner to join our housekeeping team at Delamere Lakes Holiday Park.
The role is responsible for managing linen and inventory, ensuring lodges have everything they need for guest arrivals, and keeping the park clear and tidy throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort and organise incoming linen deliveries.
- Check linen deliveries and ensure stock is stored and managed correctly.
- Review arrival and departure lists to determine the linen required for each lodge.
- Prepare and bag linen for individual units ahead of changeover days.
- Deliver linen around the park and distribute it to the correct lodges.
- Deliver inventory items to lodges when shortages or additional requirements are reported.
- Respond to requests from the housekeeping team for missing linen or inventory.
- Pick up dirty linen from lodges and around the park throughout the day.
- Collect rubbish and waste from around the park as required.
- Ensure dirty linen and rubbish are returned to the appropriate areas.
- Keep linen and inventory storage areas clean, organised and well stocked.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages, damaged linen or inventory issues to management.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure linen and inventory are available when needed.
- Ensure all dirty linen and rubbish has been collected and the park is clear by 4pm.
- Drive and charge electric work van on site.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Physically fit, as the role involves moving linen, rubbish and inventory around the park.
- Able to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working to arrival and departure schedules.
- A good communicator and able to work well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, linen management or a similar role is useful but not essential.
This is a practical, hands-on role that plays an important part in keeping the housekeeping operation running smoothly and ensuring the park is ready for guests.
