About the Role
As our Room Leader, you'll be trusted and supported to truly lead.
You'll:
- Create a nurturing, inspiring environment where children thrive
- Role-model high-quality early years practice every day
- Lead, support and motivate your team with confidence and kindness
- Build strong, positive relationships with families
- Bring fresh ideas and contribute to the ongoing development of the nursery

Who We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, or clear readiness to progress
- A confident and positive leader who brings out the best in others
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and high-quality practice
- Creative, proactive and open to new ideas
- Someone who wants to grow with us — not just work for us
