The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our service.
As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care. You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, leading the team, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement in line with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
- Ensure consistently high standards of care and resident wellbeing
- Maintain full compliance with CQC and Local Authority regulations
- Lead, support and develop the staff team, including recruitment and performance management
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective governance processes
- Implement and continuously improve policies, procedures, and care practices
About You
We are looking for a confident and capable leader who:
- Has previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy ready to step up
- Has a strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Is passionate about delivering person-centred care
- Can drive performance, quality, and team engagement

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stourbridge DY8 5YW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Care Home Manager: 2 years (required)
- Deputy Care Home Manager: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ level 5 (preferred)
- Driving Licence with access to own vehicle (required)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required)
