This is a multi site role that includes Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Roehampton Hospital and King's College Hospital
Join our team as a Regional Asset Manager, where you will lead the coordination of estate and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery, documentation, and handovers. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the site’s Local Asset Management Plan, supporting the overarching Health and Care Segment Asset Management Plan, and optimising the use of CAFM platforms and asset performance technologies.
This key role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic professional network, driving asset excellence and operational efficiency across our health and care facilities. If you have a strong background in asset management, project coordination, and facilities systems, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:

Develop, deploy, communicate, and manage site specific LAMP, (Asset Management Plans).

Maintain and update the asset register to meet data standards, including integration with Global Maximo.

Manage relationships with PFI consortium Lifecycle Partners and key stakeholders.

Create recommendations for the ASoPM strategy based on risk, condition, and performance.

Use data analysis for scenario modelling and effective decision making.

Ensure data management, change control protocols, and continuous improvement of the asset management system.

Possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and AutoCAD.
What You Bring:

ISO 55001 experienced

Significant experience within a complex PFI and Consortium environment.
