We’re looking for a Property Assistant to join our fast-paced and growing Residential Property team in Hull.
You will be working with the Residential Property team and be responsible for providing support and assistance to the department. You will use our case management system to set up new clients, open new matters, progress transactions, attend to completions, prepare post completion documents for registration and liaise with clients on files and deal with routine enquiries. You will also assist fee earners in the daily running of the Residential Property transactions including contact with clients and third parties and providing and maintaining a 5* experience all round.
In return for your high levels of speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, you will receive unrivalled support to develop your skills and experience in a Legal Top 200 law firm assisting solicitors and fee earners across a varied property caseload.
What you’ll be doing:

Assisting with files / parts of files as requested by the fee earners within the team.

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team.

Preparing and maintaining files, correspondence and documentation.

Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors, agents and third parties when dealing with routine and difficult enquiries promptly maintaining a high level of service at all times

Seeking advice and guidance from the fee earners in the team where necessary.

Conveying messages clearly, quickly, and accurately.

Managing key dates, deadlines and diary commitments.
