Job Summary
Pumpflow Ltd is seeking an organised and proactive QHSE & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our engineering and manufacturing operations.
This is a varied role combining quality, health & safety and environmental coordination with general workshop, manufacturing and operational administration. The successful candidate will work closely with management, engineering and workshop teams to ensure records, systems and operational activities are well organised and maintained.
The position is suitable for either full-time or part-time working.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain QHSE documentation, procedures, registers and company records.
- Support ISO 9001 compliance, internal/external audits and associated actions.
- Maintain risk assessments, COSHH records, training records and workplace safety documentation.
- Assist with incident, non-conformance and corrective action reporting.
- Carry out routine workplace and workshop safety checks.
- Provide general administrative support to the workshop, engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Maintain manufacturing job files, production documentation, inspection records and material certificates.
- Assist with production orders and manufacturing administration within SAP Business One.
- Maintain calibration, equipment, servicing and statutory inspection records.
- Support stock, purchasing, goods-in/out and supplier documentation where required.
- Assist with preparation and collation of customer and project documentation.
- Coordinate training records, certification and employee competency documentation.
- Assist with general office, workshop and operational administration.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative, quality, manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
- Good communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
- Experience with ISO 9001, health & safety or manufacturing systems would be advantageous.
- Experience with SAP Business One would be beneficial but is not essential.

Flexible Working
We recognise that flexibility can be important in finding the right person for this role. The position can therefore be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible working hours available to suit individual circumstances. We are open to discussing different working patterns and can structure the hours around the needs of both the successful candidate and the business.
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
