Recruit UK is currently supporting a respected Independent Financial Adviser firm in Birmingham with the recruitment of an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of financial services administration duties, from processing Letters of Authority (LOAs) and preparing client paperwork to communicating with providers and clients to keep cases progressing smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new business applications and work closely with providers to ensure applications are completed efficiently.
- Prepare client meeting and appointment packs.
- Coordinate and maintain adviser diaries.
- Ensure client and case documentation complies with FCA requirements.
- Collect and organise information required for cash flow modelling and portfolio analysis.
- Provide general administrative support to the advisers and wider team.

Skills & Experience
- At least 1 year of experience working as an IFA Administrator within an Independent Financial Advice firm
- Experience using Intelligent Office would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
