We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team at Contrast Restaurant in Inverness. This role is vital in delivering memorable experiences to our guests and maintaining our reputation for excellence. The position is based in Inverness.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests at the bar with professionalism and friendliness.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, whisky, and other drinks.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards diligently.
- Take orders accurately and deliver prompt service.
- Assist in managing stock levels and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a bar or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality customer service.
