Requirements -
- You must hold an NVQ or equivalent - level 2 beauty qualification.
- An intimate waxing qualification (Hollywood/Brazilian waxing) if you have been doing intimate waxing for over 1 year but do not hold an official qualification please still apply as we can provide a certificate to a successful candidate.
- At least 1 year of waxing experience is preferred & good knowledge of proper wax application and removal is essential however training is provided once working with us. If you believe you have the skills but don’t have the time served please apply!
- Knowledge/experience of brow and lash treatments such as Lash lifting, HDBrows or similar & laser hair removal again is desirable.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and how it works - Client communication and care skills are a must.
Job role includes -
- Reception duties - Answering calls, texts, emails and social media enquiries. Responding in a professional yet friendly manner.
- We are a waxing salon the majority of your working day will be spent doing body waxing such as full legs underarms etc however the main treatments we do are Hollywood/Brazilian waxes as this is our speciality.
- Helping busier team members by ensuring their days are running smoothly.
- Salon housekeeping - We pride ourselves on having superbly clean salons someone with an eye for detail is essential.
- Dealing with payments and ensuring everything is done correctly relating to payments
- Learning our booking system and how to ensure things run smoothly (sending our deposit links, digital consultation forms and checking clients in and rebooking)
- Researching for social media posts etc

Full-time or part-time roles are available
A typical working day at Elite Wax is - Tuesdays 10-5/6pm Wednesdays & Thursdays 10-7pm Fridays 10-5pm Saturdays 10-3pm or 8-1pm we also open Mondays
Pay-
Experienced applicants/Applicants who have waxing experience - Pay starts from £14.00
18-20 pay starts from £11.00 (TBC depending on experience)
