Your role:
As part of our Customer Services team, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and efficient sales and customer service experience to customers, partners and members. You will be responsible for qualifying and processing sales leads, completing customer orders, supporting outbound sales campaigns, and helping to generate new business opportunities.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide high-quality customer care through a consultative approach, understanding customer needs and delivering the right solutions. You will also support lead progression through the sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and contribute to activities including sales conversions, appointment booking and outbound campaigns.
Success in this role requires strong communication, organisation and time management skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You will be comfortable working to targets, managing multiple priorities, and delivering excellent service while supporting the achievement of wider sales objectives.

Interview process:

A short, introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor.

A formal 1st Stage Teams interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Head of Sales.

A formal 2nd Stage (Teams/In-person TBC) interview with leadership representatives of the Corporate Development & Marketing teams.
