If you're an Experienced Valuer, you'll:
- Attend market appraisals and convert instructions.
- Deliver confident, honest pricing advice backed by local market knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with vendors from first meeting through to completion.
- Generate new business through recommendations and local networking.
- Represent the Ryan James brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
If you're an Experienced Sales Progressor, you'll:
- Manage sales from offer agreed through to completion.
- Liaise daily with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors.
- Resolve issues before they become problems.
- Keep clients fully informed throughout the transaction.
- Help deliver a moving experience that clients genuinely remember.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous estate agency experience.
- Is motivated, organised and proactive.
- Has exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes pride in delivering first-class customer service.
- Wants to be part of a business that's ambitious, modern and continually growing.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
