Job Summary
Birdsall Estates is seeking an experienced Joiner to carry out site joinery duties and support heritage works across the estate. This is a hands-on role for a skilled joiner, maintain high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out high-quality site joinery works across estate properties.
· Undertake sensitive repair, maintenance, and refurbishment work on heritage buildings.
· Maintain safe working practices and support good housekeeping on site.
· Liaise with management, trades, and suppliers to help ensure works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
· Time-served joiner with strong practical experience in site joinery.
· Experience working on traditional, listed, or heritage buildings would be an advantage.
· Good organisational skills with the ability to manage labour and materials effectively.
· Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
· Reliable, practical, and able to communicate clearly.
· Full UK driving licence essential
