About the Role
This role requires being onsite 4 days a week.
Join a high-performing enterprise strategy team supporting some of the most important priorities across a leading international financial services organization. Working in a complex and highly regulated environment, you will help tackle strategic challenges, evaluate opportunities, and develop recommendations that influence customer outcomes, business performance, and long-term growth.
This role is suited to a curious and analytical problem solver who can turn complex questions into structured insights and actionable recommendations. You will lead defined workstreams, deliver executive-ready analysis and storytelling, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to support informed decision-making and successful strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving-
Break down complex business challenges into logical components and develop structured approaches to solving them.

Conduct market, customer, competitor, operational, and financial analyses to generate strategic insights.

Develop hypotheses, test assumptions, identify risks, and formulate evidence-based recommendations.

Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to support enterprise decision-making.
Workstream Leadership-
Own defined project workstreams from planning through delivery.

Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

Contribute to development of strategic frameworks, methodologies, and consulting tools.
Executive Storytelling & Communication-
Develop clear, concise, and compelling executive-ready presentations and reports.

Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations tailored to different audiences.

Build structured narratives that support decision-making and leadership alignment.

Present analyses and recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
Stakeholder Management-
Build effective relationships across business, technology, and functional teams.

Facilitate discussions, workshops, and working sessions to drive alignment.

Manage day-to-day stakeholder engagement and influence decisions through data-backed insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Team Contribution-
Support development of strategy methodologies, templates, and best practices.

Contribute to knowledge-sharing and capability-building activities.

Provide informal coaching and support to junior team members when appropriate.
Required Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Strategy, or a related discipline.

Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or a similar strategic role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience conducting research, synthesizing large data sets, and developing actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, enterprise-wide perspective.
Preferred Qualifications-
Experience supporting C-suite or executive-level decision making.

Knowledge of strategic planning, operating model design, business transformation, or enterprise change initiatives.

Familiarity with financial modeling, business case development, and investment analysis.

Experience using AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics platforms to accelerate research and insight generation.

Prior experience within financial services, technology, healthcare, retail, or other large enterprise environments.
