We are hiring a motivated, experienced Lead Driver who wants high earning potential, day-to-day flexibility, and a clear path to step up into a Shift Manager position. You will combine hands-on route delivery with depot leadership and on-the-road driver support.

Requirements
- Practical Evri Experience: Proven experience with Evri delivery routes, including proficiency with the Evri driver app, vehicle loading, and delivery compliance.
- Valid UK Driving Licence & a modern smartphone.
- Full Right to Work in the UK (Please note: We strictly cannot accept student visas or other restricted work visas).
- Leadership Mindset: A reliable, positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Full-Time: 6 days per week
