Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and attentive Note Taker to support a student with partial hearing. The role involves producing clear, accurate notes during classes on campus, as well as with the student on placement (up to 35 minutes travel from campus)
Start Date: 21st September 2026
Working during term times to match student timetable. Work available for the next 3 years for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take clear, well-structured notes during lectures, seminars and tutorials
- Provide accurate written summaries of discussions
- Travel to meet the student at placement locations as required
- Maintain professionals boundaries and follow DSA support expectations
- Submit notes promptly and log support sessions in line with DSA evidence requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication and fast, accurate typing
- Reliable, organised and able to maintain confidentiality
- Willing to travel up to 35 minutes to local placements to continue support
- Experience in note-taking or DSA support advantageous
