As Specifications Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity and governance of product specifications and associated technical documents across the EMEA & UK portfolio.
You will develop, manage and maintain product specifications as controlled technical documents, aligned to regulatory requirements and internal FSQRN standards. Working across FSQ, R&D, Nutrition & Regulatory, Supply Chain and suppliers, you will ensure the accurate and timely approval of product data – including ingredients, allergens, nutrition information and label reviews – and drive continuous improvement of the specification process.
By keeping specifications operating as a robust, trusted system of record, you will enable accurate product execution, regulatory adherence and successful product launches across markets.

Holding a degree (or equivalent experience) in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.

Bringing experience managing product specifications or technical documentation systems in a food or FMCG environment.

Having a strong understanding of specification structure, governance and lifecycle management; food labelling, allergen and regulatory frameworks; and food safety and quality management systems (e.g., FSSC 22000, BRC, ISO).

Being proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with experience of specification or data systems desirable.
