Responsibilities

- Monitor patient vital signs, observe changes in condition, and report findings to the medical team promptly.
- Assist with medical procedures, including wound care, injections, and other treatments as required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medication use, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Uphold infection control standards and maintain a safe, clean environment within the healthcare setting.
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical environment.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice.
- Competence in medication administration, including understanding potential side effects and contraindications.
- Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with patients and team members.
- Organised approach to managing multiple priorities efficiently under pressure.
