Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and approachable Bartender to join our team. You will prepare and serve drinks, provide friendly and efficient service, and help maintain a clean, well-organised bar.
This is a position suited to someone who works well in a busy hospitality environment and involves mainly weekend work. Applicants must be available to work on Saturday evenings.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests
- Keep the bar area clean, organised and well stocked
- Follow food safety, licensing and responsible service procedures
- Process payments and manage customer tabs accurately
- Restock drinks, glassware and other bar supplies
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure an efficient service
Skills and Experience
- Previous bar, restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred
- The ability to remain organised during busy periods
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Confidence handling payments and basic calculations
- Knowledge of drinks and cocktail preparation would be an advantage
- A dependable, positive and customer-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Pay: £12.71 per hour
