He is a bubbly, enthusiastic, 16 year old young person who is a pleasure to work with. He has a learning disability and ADHD. He has food allergies and carries an Epipen - training is provided in how to administer this. He lives in North Leeds (LS8).
The role involves providing respite to the parents and increasing his confidence and independence in the community. This includes:

References relevant to post required on application and DBS (organised and paid for by Leeds City Council) will be required. Working hours after school and school holidays, with some work in the evenings when required
