Marco’s Mediterranean Kitchen is expanding, and we are looking to build a strong long-term kitchen team as the restaurant moves into its next stage.
We are currently hiring:
- 3 full-time core kitchen team members
- 2 part-time/top-up positions
Immediate start available.
We are an established, busy Mediterranean restaurant with a fully operational kitchen, settled menu, organised prep systems, and structured service already in place. This is not a chaotic “figure it out yourself” environment — the foundations are there, and we are looking for the right people to grow with the business.
We believe in building a stable, long-term team. Our newest team member has been with us for over a year, while others have been part of the business for considerably longer. We work hard, keep standards high, and maintain a professional but supportive kitchen culture.
The Role
- Lunch & dinner service during peak season
- Rotational rota system
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Mixture of prep, service, and kitchen support shifts
- Year-round opportunity for the right people
- During quieter winter months, operations may move to evening service only, with the core team remaining central to the business
We are looking for people who are happy working across different areas of the kitchen depending on service needs — from prep and section support to helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient service.
