The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Painter & Decorator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of painting and decorating tasks to a high standard while maintaining a professional attitude on every job.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, stripping, and priming.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and decorative finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- be able to do outside painting ie- sash windows and other outside roles.
Requirements
- 5 years experience as a Painter & Decorator minimum.
- Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and materials.
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Good time management and reliability.
- Full UK driving licence is required for the role
- Ability to work on residential and commercial properties.
