As part of our continued growth, we've recently launched on the live-selling platform Whatnot and are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious team member to help drive this exciting area of the business.

The Role
We're looking for a confident, energetic, and highly organised Live Selling Presenter & Operations Assistant to take ownership of our live-selling events from planning through to execution.
This varied role combines live presenting, fashion merchandising, customer engagement, and operational support. You'll be responsible for organising and hosting live sales, selecting products based on trends and customer demand, preparing stock and labels, and helping ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging live-selling shows on Whatnot, showcasing the latest fashion trends and driving sales.
- Plan, schedule, and organise live events from start to finish.
- Select and prepare product ranges based on customer behaviour, sales performance, and current trends.
- Price products and prepare stock for live shows.
- Create and organise numbered labels for live sales.
- Print and prepare shipping labels following each show and coordinate handover to the warehouse team for picking and packing.
- Work closely with the buying team to share sales insights and identify products for replenishment.
- Maintain an active presence across social media channels to support audience growth and brand awareness.
- Build strong engagement with viewers and foster a positive live-selling community.
- Support inventory management and general operational tasks as required.
- Contribute creative ideas for new show formats, content, and promotional activities.
About You
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable presenting live to an audience.
- Passionate about fashion and up to date with current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while also thriving within a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail setting.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in live streaming, live selling, presenting, or social media content creation.
- Fashion retail experience.
- Social media management experience.
- Experience using Whatnot or similar live-commerce platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.
