ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable individual to join our Workplace Experience Team. This role is vital as we support our clients' growth and scaling efforts, ensuring the office environment is welcoming and efficient.
Responsibilities
Workplace Experience Barista:
- Provide ad-hoc support when needed.
- Oversee the coffee pod, including new coffee selections and maintenance coordination.
- Conduct allergen checks and maintain the milk waste log.
- Prepare filter coffee for all designated locations.
- Prepare the coffee pod, including dialling in the machine and restocking milk.
- Ensure a sufficient supply of cups throughout the day and coordinate with cleaners if more are needed.
- Serve coffee and ensure it is of high quality and taste throughout the day.
- Comms for our coffee pod, including closures, new coffee selections, and maintenance.
- Responsible for cleaning coffee pod space.
About you:
- Previous experience in a barista role.
- Experience in a high pressure, fast paced office environment specifically around Workplace Experience or Community building.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, approachable and professional communication style
- Aptitude for learning new skills and systems.
- Excellent multitasking ability with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Monday - Friday
7am - 4pm
