Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum Based on experience
Location: Sevenoaks (TN15 6NN) – On-site role
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Description
Urban Environments are seeking an exceptional Client Coordinator & Contract Administrator to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role suited to a confident communicator who thrives on building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless coordination of service delivery. You will play a key part in supporting contract development, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring operational accuracy across our systems and processes.
Due to our rural location on the outskirts of Sevenoaks, your own transport is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary liaison for client accounts, ensuring an excellent standard of communication, responsiveness and professionalism.
- Support and development of client contracts, including documentation, renewals, updates and quality assurance.
- Scheduling and coordinating engineers’ diaries, ensuring efficient allocation and timely delivery of services.
- Monthly reporting using Excel and our company database, covering performance, compliance and contract status.
- Invoicing assistance, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- KPI and data analysis to support management decisions.
- Creation of Mail Merge correspondence and client communication packs.
- Monitoring incoming calls and emails, providing informed, client-focused responses.
- Accurate and efficient administration within our database and CRM systems.
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively within a small but fast-paced team.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings both professional polish and strong administrative capability:
- Outstanding client communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and build positive relationships.
- Strong administrative background with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Word and database/CRM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
- Beneficial to have a qualification at Degree or Equivalent level.
