Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar/Waiting Staff. Duties
- Taking orders from guests and serving food and beverages efficiently
- Preparing and presenting drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Ensuring tables are clean, tidy, and properly set before and after service
- Providing excellent guest service by attending to customer needs promptly and courteously
- Upselling menu items to maximise sales opportunities
- Handling cash transactions accurately and processing payments
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in compliance with food safety standards
- Assisting with food preparation tasks as required, including basic garnishing or plating
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including food safety procedures
- Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or similar roles is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is desirable
- Familiarity with serving procedures, guest services, and upselling techniques will be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
