YMCA Black Country Group is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Teacher (EYTS) to join our team at YMCA City Gateway Day Nursery.
You will lead high-quality teaching, learning, and care that supports every child's development and wellbeing. Your role includes delivering engaging EYFS-based activities and inspiring excellent practice across the team, including:

Support the leadership of rooms or age groups

Mentor colleagues and drive best practice

Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating environments where children thrive

Deliver outstanding care and education for children aged 0-5 years
