As a Commercial Account Manager B2B, you will take full ownership of your territory and strategic accounts, playing a critical role in driving sustainable growth across Vernacares LongTerm Care portfolio.

Own and deliver strategic account plans aligned to business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities

Manage a defined portfolio of key B2B LongTerm Care accounts, ensuring strong retention, growth, and longterm partnerships

Analyse territory and account data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement

Plan and prioritise time effectively to maximise return on investment across your territory

Maintain accurate, uptodate customer and activity records within the CRM system
-
Achieve and exceed agreed sales, margin, and KPI targets
-
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to business strategy
-
Deliver solutionfocused selling by matching Vernacares products and services to customer needs
-
Identify and develop new business opportunities within both existing and new accounts
-
Coordinate and manage product evaluations, trials, and implementations where appropriate
-
Support and collaborate with distribution partners to ensure full promotion of Vernacare product ranges

Build trusted, longterm relationships with key decisionmakers, influencers, and stakeholders

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a consistently high level of service

Understand customer challenges and objectives to provide addedvalue, tailored solutions

Leverage internal expertise and crossfunctional support to deliver the best possible customer outcomes

Use strong relationships to support wider team objectives and collaborative wins

Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Services, Supply Chain, and Sales Leadership

Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support business decisionmaking

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, adapting style and approach as required

Actively contribute to a positive, highenergy, and collaborative team culture

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the LongTerm Care market and Vernacares strategic objectives

Take ownership of ongoing professional development, including product, market, and industry knowledge

Contribute ideas and insights to support innovation, service improvement, and new product development

Work closely with Marketing and relevant stakeholders to support longterm growth strategies

Experience in Key Account Management or sales (healthcare, infection prevention, or LongTerm Care desirable)
