Position: Payroll, Pensions and HR Administrator

Pay Rate: PAYE: £13.68 per Hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide payroll, pensions, and HR administration support
- Process and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Assist with payroll and pension-related queries from employees and stakeholders
- Support HR processes and administrative activities as required
- Ensure all information is handled accurately, securely, and confidentially
- Maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and payroll teams
Person Specification:
Must-Have Requirements:
- Previous experience in payroll, pensions, or HR administration
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
- Right to work in the UK
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Experience working within a local authority or public sector environment
- Knowledge of payroll and pension processes
- Familiarity with HR systems and administrative procedures
