Silomarg Ltd is seeking experienced and dedicated Domiciliary Health Care Assistants to join our growing team supporting individuals across Alfreton and surrounding areas. Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in care, ideally including complex care.
- Own car and full UK driving licence.
- Strong understanding of the Health Care Assistant role within domiciliary care.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately.

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate personal care in clients’ homes.
- Support with medication administration and accurate MAR documentation.
- Assist with nutrition, hydration, mobility, and daily living tasks.
- Maintain clear, factual records in line with CQC expectations.
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
