Our Call Centre:
The in-house team delivers a personalised service – booking customers’ vehicles in for SMR jobs nationally on their behalf. Atlas is designed to cater for an infinite combination of customer and vehicle specific policies matched to suitable garages, booking the vehicle into the most appropriate garage based on cost, distance or any other work direction criteria for the work required. Its own system delivers highly effective work booking facilities to the network through an experienced in-house team. Fleet Assist’s experienced and expert Technical Authorisation team help customers control maintenance expense for vehicle fleets. The team has a library of industry data that enables it to make the correct decisions in a timely fashion.
Customer Service Assistant
You will develop:
- Experience in a Customer Service environment
- Good knowledge of our booking process
- Excellent attention to detail
Customer Service Coordinator:
In addition to the above, you will have:
- Excellent knowledge of the booking process
- Able to carry out the back-office admin task
- Ability to service our special customer lines
- Good product knowledge of Fleet Assist’s portfolio
- Able to train new starters in our phone-based processes
- Low error rates
Customer Service Specialist:
In addition to the Customer Service Coordinator, you will have:
- Excellent back office admin tasks
- Super User of our Atlas system
- Able to train new starters on our back office admin tasks and processes
- Self motivated and able to use own initiative
- Exceptional product knowledge of Fleet Assist’s portfolio
- Deputise for the Team Leaders in their absence
Team Leader:
In addition to the Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Be able to lead and manage a team
- Have experience of 1-2-1s and delivering feedback
- Be able to motivate the team to achieve their best results
- Manage the Call Centre in the absence of the Call Centre Manager
Required Skills and Experience
- Automotive and Fleet Industry knowledge is advantageous
- IT Skills – Proficiency in Office 365 programs Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills, and accurate data input skills
