Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process sales orders accurately, ordering in from suppliers ensuring orders are dispatched efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules
- Raise purchase orders daily with multiple suppliers to replenish stocks and expediate orders being dispatched.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales transactions, order statuses, and customer communications
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and resolving any discrepancies or issues
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation related to sales orders
- Support sales administration tasks such as data entry and updating customer information in Volusion
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or order processing roles with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Sheets, Volusion
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—along with strong computer literacy
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Prior experience in customer service or IT support is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
