We are currently on an incredible growth journey and we’re looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company — supporting customers and partners, solving problems, and helping them manage their Electricity and Gas accounts.

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer and partner enquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
- Assist with billing queries, account changes, and service updates.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Log and track customer interactions using our bespoke in-house built CRM system.
- Support customers with understanding their usage, charges, and options.
- Help build lasting customer relationships through professional, helpful service.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in customer service is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A calm, friendly, and professional manner under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM experience and proficiency with the Google Suite is a plus).
- Experience in utilities or the energy sector is helpful, but not essential.
