Shift: Evening shift, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Hours: 15 – 20 hours per week
Days: Variable (flexible schedule across the week)
About the Role:
ACR Cleaning is growing, and we are looking for a reliable, hands-on Team Leader to run our evening shift. This is a working role—you will be on the floor alongside the team, leading by example, and ensuring high standards. Because the company is expanding, there is real room to grow and progress with us.
What you will be doing:
- Leading and motivating a small evening cleaning crew.
- Working hands-on to complete cleaning tasks to a high standard.
- Checking the quality of the team's work before signing off for the night.
- Keeping track of cleaning supplies and equipment
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning.
- Some experience leading a team (preferred, but a great attitude matters more).
- Reliability, good communication, and a strong eye for detail.
