Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years
- Support children’s learning and development through fun and engaging activities
- Plan and deliver experiences linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Carry out observations and contribute to children’s progress records
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Promote children’s confidence, independence, and curiosity
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a passionate early years team
Requirements:
- A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (Early Years Educator or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A warm, patient, and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
