Chloé Gourmet is a rapidly growing French pâtisserie specialising in premium handcrafted desserts supplied to cafés, restaurants, and retailers across the UK.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about food and baking who wants to develop their skills within a professional pastry environment.
Working alongside experienced pastry chefs trained in French pâtisserie, you will assist with a variety of production tasks while gaining hands-on experience in artisan pastry production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the bakery and pastry team with daily production tasks.
- Prepare, weigh, and organise ingredients according to recipes.
- Fill moulds, trays, and production equipment.
- Assist with simple baking and pastry preparation tasks.
- Support with decorating, finishing, and packaging products.
- Organise ingredients and maintain stock areas.
- Ensure workstations are clean, organised, and ready for production.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Assist the team with general production duties as required.
