We take pride in delivering outstanding workmanship and excellent customer service, and we're looking for a hardworking Semi-Skilled Labourer to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position supporting our installation teams on-site. You'll assist with all aspects of garden room construction, helping to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and progress within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of garden rooms and outdoor buildings.
- Support carpenters and tradespeople with construction and finishing work.
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain clean, safe, and organised work sites.
- Carry out basic carpentry, assembly, and general labouring tasks.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Help with finishing works where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, labouring, or a similar hands-on role is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence with own vehicle
